I am an Effective / Collaborative Communications Consultant with 40 years of experience in Education. I hold a BA in Music Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

I am certified in Attitudinal Healing and Blackbelt in Non-Violent Communication. One of my greatest strengths is being trained in all three levels of internal family systems as well as practicing it in my personal life.

It is my passion to work with individuals, families, and organizations such as Microsoft where my Emotional Intelligence (EI) trainings resulted in a 33% increase in Team efficiency.  I look forward to working with you as well on your journey through the world of effective communication.
