Meet Cindy

Hi, I'm Cindy

I've enjoyed working with individuals, families, and organizations spanning multiple industries. I've conducted communication trainings at the University of Washington, Cascadia Community College, and Bellevue College. My work at the Monroe Correctional Center teaching Non-Violent Communication has evolved into ongoing support of participants re-entering society. I'm currently working with Veteran's on Non Violent Communication (NVC) at the Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA.

 

I have presented Communication process workshops for Lake Reality, T-Mobile, Boeing, and Harborview Hospital. In addition, I have successfully conducted Emotional Intelligence (EI) trainings at Microsoft. One of my roles at Microsoft was to assist in supporting a Cyber Security executive using NVC in his communications with his team.
